Powder coating is an interesting alternative to bonding process. It allows producing compact and complex busbars with a low level of non recurring costs (tooling, tooling design…).

At AMPHENOL AUXEL, we always integrate an additional insulation layer (Mylar laminate) in order to increase system dielectric strength.
